The light morph Rough-legged Hawk was still present at the bottom of 
Stevens Road in Norwich at noon today.  It was visible from Route 5, 
both hunting and perched atop a large, solitary pine ~ 200 yards south 
of Stevens Road and ~150 yards west of Rt. 5.

A Killdeer at Campbell Flats and a flock of 40+ male Red-winged 
Blackbirds at Kendall Station were the only other bird of note.
