A Lesser Yellowlegs (very possibly the same bird seen yesterday at Pompy
Flats) was foraging in the beaver-flooded field in Campbell Flats at 5:45
pm this afternoon. Excellent views at close range in great light.

Earlier, off Stevens Road were a singing Eastern Meadowlark, 3 Savannah
Sparrows, and an American Kestrel pair.

Chris

P.S. Check out Mary Holland's fine photos of Friday's Windsor Sandhill
