Our experience, also in Grantham, has been the same as Liz. When we
started up feeding this fall, at first we had only Chickadees.  Now
there are practically none, but we now have a huge flock of Juncos.
Today, we had our first Titmouse, along with our occasionalgoldfinch.
Last year we had many Goldfinches and Chickadees.

I have lived here for over 40 yrs in this house an have feed the birds constantly all that time. One bird I could ALWAYS count on having was the loveable chickadee an I had many many of them all those years an all year long. Late fall this year I noticed not only the decline but the total absence of these sweet birds. I now see maybe one if I'm lucky, also 2 friends of mine, one in Springfield, one in Claremont,an myself in Grantham, all in NH.have also noticed this,an was wondering if anyone else has also. Thank You for any help in this. A bird lover,Liz Menard
