We will meet at 6:30 am in front of the HOP in Hanover, then head to
Huntington Hill (former Doyle property) on Goodfellow Rd. Our volunteer
leader will be Michael Choukas, Jr.; we'll hope for some decent weather and
great birds.
Last Saturday's group was treated to beautiful orchard habitat at the Hayes
Hill Farm in Etna, and a black ash swamp in the ajoining Trescott Wetlands.
Great looks at Barn and Tree Swallows, Magnolia Warbler, Black-and-White
Warbler, American Redstart and Common Yellowthroat. At same location on
Monday I had a Blue-winged Warbler, Eastern Wood-Pewee and Olive-sided
Flycatcher here.
