For anyone curious about Monarch butterfly numbers this summer, Norwich 
resident Elizabeth Howard featured prominently in this Globe & Mail 
article (Canada's newspaper of record, I believe). Her website's 
database contains millions of sightings for Monarchs as well as 
hummingbirds, gray whales and more.
