At 3:30 p.m., three bald eagles (two juveniles and an adult) were observed at the Wilder WMA on River Rd.The adult was sitting on the WMA's osprey nesting platform. The two juveniles were mid-river out on the ice. They appeared to be drinking water through a hole in the ice. The dim and misty  lighting made determining their ages nigh impossible. Both were very, solidly dark. First year?
