Banded Bald Eagle spotted at Wilder Dam

Today, in Wilder, Vt. About 3 PM. Appears to have a silver band on right
leg. Possibly a dark band on the left? Don't know if that's done or if it's
just it's feathers. These photos are  a huge crop- like 1/10 of the
picture. Perhaps someone knows about the bands, even so.
