Seen around 1:40pm TODAY along Norford Lake Road in Norwich VT.If you enter Norford Lake Rd from New Boston Rd, you'll travel less than 1/8 mile, and you'll start going up hill.  As you're traveling up that hill there will be a brown barn on your right - the bird was seen in the small open meadow next to barn perched on top of a small crab apple tree.https://www.flickr.com/photos/69222682@N02/16749945357/
