Please join us for the second of two evening walks scheduled to take place at Union Village Dam Park in Thetford Center. Meet in the parking area on Buzzell Bridge Rd about 100 yards into the park on the left. The entrance is almost opposite E. C. Brown's Nursery on VT Rt. 113.
We'll be exploring the "Mystery Trail" area under the experienced and good natured leadership of Becky Cook and Ted Boze. Based on our morning hike last Friday at Union Village Dam we expect to see a good array of flycatchers and warblers as well as song birds such as Baltimore orioles, scarlet tanagers and indigo buntings.
The trail is mostly level. Wear comfortable hiking shoes. Bug repellent and water are recommended.
The hike is free and open to the public.
