Hi Team.. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE THING THIS IS SO IMPORTANT
We are try to register THIS FRIDAY! I know it's a quick turn around, but we want to get the discounted price.
THE TEAM WILL BE PAYING HALF OF THE RACE FEE (which is $80). EACH PERSON WILL PAY $40 TOWARDS THEIR REGISTRATION, the team pays the rest. Guys, it is awesome that we are able to do this. Thank you for your hard work fundraising this winter.
The way it works:
1. each athlete brings in $80 (either 2 checks, $40 each or $80 in cash) BY FRIDAY MORNING AT 11AM
this is a hard deadline, if you wait to register, you'll be responsible for $50 (the race price raises by
$10)
2. Keep in mind, we will only cash your first check. Not the second $40 check.
?3. sara and I register each person paying out of the triathlon account.
?4. look out for a blitz from me, you'll need to give me your birthdate and shirt size and USAT number if you have one
5. after the race, you receive $40 back
6. if you decide not to race, you will not get the money back because the team spent $40 on your registration
We are doing it this way because in the past, people have decided not to race, and the team has lost tons of money, which sucks because we've worked so hard fundraising for it. Joann, the club sports director, also strongly suggested we do it this way, which means *need* to do it this way.
So IF YOU WANT TO RACE please bring me either 2 checks made out to the Dartmouth Triathlon Team (each for $40) or $80 in cash before this FRIDAY AT 11AM.
I will blitz out periodically where I am so you can come find me with the money, or throw it in my HB 2809.
If you wait until after break, you'll be paying $50 for the race fee and we will register you in April.
