For those of you that are planning on attending the session tomorrow, I wanted to let you know that we will be giving an overview of the new OMB circular that was issued in December.   The session tomorrow will cover some highlights.  The interpretation of the new circular is still evolving.   You don't need to read the attached.  However, it will give you a sense of the work at hand.   There will be a need to monitor agency guidance closely and focus on targeted areas such as procurement and subrecipient monitoring.  The intent of tomorrow's discussion is to give you a sense of what to expect in the months to come.
