This RADG meeting will be designed as a fireside chat with panelists speaking their varied experiences with
collaborators, colleagues and sponsors as they relate to subaward agreements. It can be difficult to balance the
expectations of several parties with institutional policies and sponsor requirements all while respecting the position of
your collaborators. The panelists will consider how the golden rule impacts their negotiation style. Panelists will also
speak to how to leverage the grants lifecycle to your advantage to streamline the subaward process at each step of the
way. Attendees are welcome to come with their questions and challenges, whether those are terms of an award or
approach with another institution.
