Do you have Nisus Writer (Pro or Express)?
Have you tried just opening them?
They should just open. No macros etc. needed. Unicode is not an issue.

The problem is that they include a lot of Japanese text which is of course not in unicode. Does anyone have a macro, or application, or something by which I can convert these files without having them all retyped? I have available a computer running Tiger and one running 10.3 in addition to the ultimate target which is running Snow Leopard. Thank you very much.
