Fun and games and conspiracy theory....

...this is not.

Consider trying to print up 250,000,000 copies of a 40 page document  
in hard-copy on a shoe-string budget.

Would it not be less costly and more effective to do via DVD-to- 
Television? One disc vs. a 40-page booklet for every household in  
America.
