That said, back in the day, mail clients had the ability to split a
digest back up into individual messages upon request.  Any of these
modern GUI dohickeys (git offa mah lawn, ya damn kids!) still do that?
 It would save a lot of the manual process of replying to individual
messages embedded in the digest..
