What did you expect, he is on GMail. Why is it that most GMail 
users (not all) are so obnoxious and unable to recognize good advice?

Speaking of whiny emails, don't bother with a reply Matthew as 
you've just been kill filtered. There's one good reason not to 
use digest mode.
