We schedule all our our 111,115,122 and 222 campus students (over 650 of
them) for an hour per week in the lab (which has 40 scheduled public
operation hours):

Since we try to limit to 21 per hour and we have 28 work stations, we are
antcipating a certain number of immediately fixable problem work stations
and some which need to be repaired by central IT staff. This leaves a
limited number of stations for walk-ins and advanced students working on
projects. We don't bring classes in for whole sessions. There is no way to
do that.
