Subject: what to do with old cassette tapes
In the lab that I run, there are some old cassette tapes with material from language textbook publishers. These tapes have not been used in years, and I suspect that anyone looking for the content could find it in digital format. They do not contain any unique material that needs to be retained. I would really like to dispose of the tapes since they are just taking up space and gathering dust, but I hate to throw things away if they can sometime still be used or at least recycled. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions regarding this matter.
