Kellie,
Hot Potatoes does work with Japanese, for the most part. You have to be
particularly careful with the JMix app, since Japanese doesn't typically require
spaces between words, it's necessary to put each word/phrase on separate lines
for them to be split into separate draggable units. And crosswords only really
work when they are all hirgana or katakana (kanji crosswords are do-able but
usually way to hard for anything less than advanced students). But other than
that, it works fine.

Subject: #9362 Hot Potatoes and Japanese
Good Afternoon,
I have a few questions.
1st - Does Hot Potatoes http://hotpot.uvic.ca/ work with Japanese
2nd - OR are there any other free software/websites that you can create
crosswords/puzzles in Japanese?
Thanks! Have a great weekend,
Kellie B. Campbell
