>Subject: PS3 Games for language learning
>To: [log in to unmask]
Dear all,
I'm looking for more PS3 games that are useful and motivating for language learners.
We already have several, but I am always looking for more.
We already have Buzz (two different versions); Buzz Deutschland; Scene-It Deutschland;
Singstar (various languages); Heavy Rain.
If you know any others, please let me know. Please e-mail me directly, I will
create a wiki or google doc and share it with everybody else subscribed to this
listserv.
In general, the games are used outside of the classroom, but we have had the occasional
singstar and buzz icebreaker activity. They were a smash hit with students and
faculty.
Any tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
And now to something completely different. Our new language center at Rhodes College
is open! More info, including photos, a youtube video, and an article (second
half is about the language center) can be found here if you're interested:

Hope to see y'all at IALLT in Irvine!
Cheers,
Felix
