Dear all,
If you are an IALLT member and have a faculty appointment that includes research (or who are interested in one), please send me a brief e-mail.
I would like to start a conversation about topics that might be of mutual interest, including (but not limited to):
- research collaboration and co-authoring of publications
- balancing of research and professional/administrative duties (e.g. directing a language center)
- role of tenure (incl. expectations) for those with hybrid appointments
- forms of research and creative activity
- publication possibilities
I encourage grad students who are interested in the field to contact me as well. Perhaps we can have an informal meeting at the IALLT conference, and before that a virtual meeting.
I look forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Felix
