Hi Roberta and Monique,

As you know, different universities have different names, structures, and objectives/goals/Mission and Vision for their Media/Multimedia/Technology/Instructional Support/IT/ centers. Also, different centers may support different units, e.g., a
department (or a group of departments), a college (or a group of them), etc., it would be good to know who your stakeholders are.

If you could share some information about the York U Multimedia Language Center and the academic units it supports (in terms of academic goals, technical goals, Mission/Vision, or anything that may affect the role of the center), that would help list members propose ideas and provide suggestions that would work for your specific environment.

Thanks,

Roberto Perez Galluccio
