Subject: Transcription Software Recommendations

Dear Colleagues,
Our Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology gets requests for software that will transcribe audio recordings, and I thought that some of you might have recommendations. Most requests are for English, but the software would have to be good enough to handle a variety of accents. And, of course, multilingual would be even better.
Any suggestions?
Thank you,
Sharon Scinicariello
