Dear Margo and other memebers of the list, for the programs I oversee, which include many lesser studied languages and courses delivered in remote locations, we have found this website a real gem:  http://wwitv.com/portal.htm.  

The other option, and I believe it is now deliverable via internet is SCOLA which offers archives of video clips, pre-written lesson plans and "raw" footage of "man on the street" videos from around the world.
