Dear Colleagues:

I am in serious consideration for a tutor coordinator position at our language lab. The job is actually a grant position working in the ESOL dept., but the language lab and this office are neighbors and we serve many of the same ESOL students. (I currently work in the language lab as an instructional specialist.) Does anybody have a tutor coordinator manual that they could e-mail to me? If it helps, I would be coordinating tutors who are actually ESOL instructors who do this as a part of their job. BUT I would not mind reading about how volunteers and student assistants are managed by a tutor coordinator. I thank you ahead for your help.
