The University of Chicago Language Center (CLC) seeks a Multimedia Pedagogy Specialist.

Knowledgeable implementation of multimedia to meet pedagogical goals and enhance professional development is a central focus of the CLC and an essential means to support language instruction.   The Multimedia Pedagogy Specialist (MSP) will play a key role in designing and implementing the multimedia-related strategies and technological infrastructure of the CLC and provide innovative direction for the integration of multimedia and language instruction across campus.  The MPS will teach courses in multimedia/pedagogy and posses skills in web design and html programming to support CLC programs.  The MPS will develop and carry out initiatives across the units and Divisions of the University of Chicago as well as initiatives with other institutions.
Qualifications:  Master’s degree in an academically-related discipline required; PhD preferred.
