The current IALLT Board has extended the deadline for nominations for the IALLT Board to January 31st, 2013.

The International Association for Language Learning Technology is calling for nominations for the IALLT Board. The positions of President-Elect, Programs Director, and Secretary are open and nominations will be accepted until January 31st, 2013. Candidates for all positions will record a video in January in which they answer questions about their candidacy. Videos will be available for the membership to watch in February. Elections will take place in March with voting being open for the first two weeks of March. Job descriptions, duties, and terms of service are found in the IALLT Policies and Procedures document, available on the IALLT web site at http://www.ialllt.org/iallt_official_documents<http://www.ialllt.org/>. Please note that if you are hesitant to nominate someone or self-nominate due to limited travel budgets, the IALLT Board recently voted to subsidize up to a thousand dollars of the President-Elect's and President's travel expenses to get to the IALLT conference and summer leadership meeting if the need for such a subsidy can be shown.

If you are interested in serving or would like to make a nomination for a particular office, please contact the Elections Committee Chair at [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Thanks to all who are willing to serve.
