Subject: Surveying language center users

Hello everyone,
I am conducting a student user survey at our Language Acquisition Center, but have come across a problem. In the past, when the center had mostly PCs, the Google Form survey was set to pop up in a browser whenever a student logged into one of the center's computers. However, we now have mostly Macs, and setting up a similar system is very complicated due to a particular software (Respondus LockDown browser) that appears to block remote desktop connections, preventing bulk changes.

I would be very grateful to hear how other language centers have addressed the issue of user surveys. Since visitors at our center do not sign in, emailing a survey to a list of users who have provided their contact info (or even handing out a paper survey to visitors as they enter) is not feasible.

Thank you for your help!
Edie Furniss
