I've used it briefly, but the soon discovered that it did not work in
all applications, even those that were Unicode compliant.
MS has now released a keyboard editor that seems to work across the
board (though we are still testing). I'm preferring to use that rather
than a third-party solution that is just another thing to break in the
chain.
