The TESOL CALL-IS's Public Lists on Diigo might be a good place to start. Here are some mainstream recommendations culled from there:

Both the BBC's Learning English and Voice of America's Learning English have lots of different media content with different kinds of tasks for learners at different levels.
Randall's ESL Cyber Listening Lab offers lots of intensive listening comprehension practice.
ETS' TOEFL Study Groups might be of interest to future teachers.
