Ursula,
The Op Manual for Panasonic's AG-W1 lists the following tape speeds:
NTSC/M-PAL format
SP - 33.35 mm/sec
SLP - 11.12 mm/sec
PAL/N-PAL
SP - 23.39 mm/sec
LP - 11.7 mm/sec
SECAM
SP - 23.39 mm/sec
LP - 11.7 mm/sec
Doing the math, the conversion factor is about 1.43
a T-120 will give you about 171 minutes in PAL
an E-180 will run about 125 minutes in NTSC format.
Hope this helps, gotta trim the sheets and head up-wind.
