>Subject: Divace/Sanako Users: RealPlayer 10 incompatibility.

Here at Loyola the IT department has decided to upgrade our Win2000
machines to XP. In the process I noticed that the version of Divace
we're using (5.0.3) is incompatible with the latest version of Real
Player (Real Player v. 10). Downloading RealOne (a previous version)
solved the problem, and I'm able to play Real Media files again.

However if your lab runs Divace (now known as Sanako Media Assistant)
you'll want to test it out on one station before upgrading all your
machines to Real Player v.10

Alternatively, if anyone's gotten Divace to work with Real Player V. 10
I'd love to know what you did.

-Dave
