Thank you and the IALLT Board for addressing this situation head on, with 
such sensitivity. I won't be attending the IALLT conference, and hope you 
have a good turnout at the opening meeting. Language lab responsibilities 
left my department several years ago, but I still attend regional 
(NERALLT) meetings because of the dedication, experience, caring and 
wisdom of its members.  We're all in this together.
