LLTI/IALL Friends:
I have taken a new job which does not involve Language Labs, and have
finally (and sadly) garnered the strength to "un-enroll" from both IALL
and LLTI.
I'm finding it difficult. For many years, I have been immersed in a
community noosphere of faces and identities, and of familiar names I see
every day - of friends from many conferences, and most importantly, an
entire world of folks delighted to help and to share their knowledge with
each other.
That,, I'll truly miss...
For that, I thank you all...
BTW, my e-mail will not change, so if you ever need any help or advice from
a 20 year "ex," drop me a note.
I'll still owe you one..!
Thanx,
Unscribing....
