Subject: Recommendations for library software

Dear Colleagues:

After updates and security scans and updates and security scans, we find that our Koha library installation will not pass our InfoSec data security requirements. Because Koha is open source, we’d have to wait for the community to address issues such as cross-site scripting and SQL injection, or start our own fork, which we don’t have the resources to do.

What are language resource centers using to catalog and circulate media and equipment? We’ve also asked the Library to be a node on their system, but the answer is no.

Many thanks in advance for suggestions!

Best,

a.
