This just in from NH EPSCoR.   Please note the pre-application process to the NH EPSCoR office.   They only require the information below but the deadline is 2/24.   You do not need a signoff from Dartmouth OSP.  However, please plan on routing the final submission through your department and OSP, if you are selected to submit to the Department of Energy.



As expected, the DOE EPSCoR FOA has been released today.

Please distribute to your faculty. We are asking that concept papers be submitted by 5:00 on Monday, February 24th. Concept papers should be submitted to Michelle Gregoire: [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.

Concept Papers should follow the FOA instructions for the Letter of Intent section 2 (IV B 2 in FOA), and may be up to three pages in length. As stated, "The narrative should present the scientific and technical objectives and the research plan. The narrative must reference the jurisdiction's strategy to develop and utilize the scientific and technical resources (this is the jurisdiction's science and technology plan referred to in NSF EPSCoR literature) and begin to place the research in context of that jurisdiction's infrastructure improvement strategy."

2) A narrative of up to three pages. The narrative should present the scientific and

Institutional endorsement isn't necessary at this stage.
