Hello,

My name is Molly Eron, and I am a clinical research coordinator at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for the adult congenital heart disease group. I'm currently looking to recruit the next person for this research position, which typically serves as a fantastic gap year (usually 2 years) opportunity for pre-med students! After your review of the attached job description, I was wondering if you would be willing to share or post this job opening for graduating or recently graduated students interested in pursuing a career in medicine?

This position is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain experience in clinical research, work with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and better understand the career path of a physician in academic medicine. Working across CHOP and Penn also provides a unique opportunity to interact with different patient populations and observe various levels of care. Plus, Philadelphia is a great place to live for a few years after graduation! The position has been so rewarding and provided great insight into the field as well as a number of skills that I'm excited to have with me at medical school next year.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this job opportunity and thank you in advance for your consideration.

Best,

Molly
