If, however, you need a real body to come in and take a look at what you
need, try the Boston (http://www.bafda.org/bafda/ or or upstate NY FMpug
groups. Boston also has a South Boston group, but the website's coming up
empty, as is the upstate NY group. Still, worth poking around at
http://www.fmpug.com/chapters.php.And, of course, there are a lot of
wonderful developers in the greater NY area.

I second the advice to not limit yourself to local consultants. Anyone,
anywhere can help you. I'm currently using Excelsys, they've done a great
job of coding my custom web publishing files. I've also used Application
Architects with good success.
