1 possible idea. In the Security and Privacy, General tab, settings of System Preferences, change the lower portion “Allow Apps downloaded from:” to ‘Anywhere’ . That should get your around the ‘unidentified problem’ The converse is that this is the same item that will regulate what software you install on the system.
