Barbara,
There are a number of things you can do to do a search with multiple
criteria.
One method is to use multiple records for the search. This can be
scripted or manual entry. Enter find mode, set the search field to the
first value you are looking for. Then use the new record command and set
the same field to the second value. You can create as many records as
you need, when done then use the command perform find. You result should
be everything that meets your criteria.
You can also use operators to modify how the value is used.
The search should find the key records, if you have related record in
another table, after the find you can script a Go to related record
scripts step and have it match all records in current found step.
