Barbara, There are a number of things you can do to do a search with multiple criteria. One method is to use multiple records for the search. This can be scripted or manual entry. Enter find mode, set the search field to the first value you are looking for. Then use the new record command and set the same field to the second value. You can create as many records as you need, when done then use the command perform find. You result should be everything that meets your criteria. You can also use operators to modify how the value is used. The search should find the key records, if you have related record in another table, after the find you can script a Go to related record scripts step and have it match all records in current found step.
