I go along the same lines as Richard.

Only, over time I changed the '1' value into a calculation to know how 'big'
the content of the container field is.

Some users were dropping whatever 'file' in the container field, blowing up
the whole file outside proportion.

Now I can find very quick which field is the culprit, and which field is empty.
