Emma,

Assuming that each description is in a single field; ie - field named "X" 

for instance

.

show all the records that you need to change - this operation will work on 

the selected set of records only

place cursor inside field "X"

under the "Records" menu item choose "Replace Field Contents"

in the dialog box that appears choose "Specify"

in the calculation dialog box type in  Proper (X) ...... X being name of 

field where you want to make changes

click OK

click "Replace"

.

For your future reference, just like Upper (field name) makes all the text 

upper case and lower (field name) makes all the text lower case,

Proper (field name) makes all the text proper case........ 1st word 

capitalized, etc.

Which I need to change to:



• Provides chilled and ambient water

• Bottle not included



I think I just have to start creating a complicated calculation, but if 

anyone knows a great tip, I’d be very grateful!
