As a community member just pointed out to me, there will be no riding until the trails are dry, so my spring mud comment was misplaced. Apologies! Also, if anyone is interested in getting involved with trailwork in the area, let either Lorin or I know - We're both going to be getting involved with local trail-building efforts.

On that note, I'm teaching an intermediate MTB class Wednesdays at 3! If you want to learn more about the trails around here (there are a lot!), we'll do some exploring.

Bored just biking around campus? Come find some spring mud in the woods of NH and Vermont. Learn about the fantasic trails just a few miles from the Green and how to cruise along them on a bike!

No worries if you don't have a mountain bike - we have bikes and helmets for you - but it's better if you have your own bike to get comfortable on!

Classes will (tentatively) be Wednesday afternoons at 3pm.

Get stoked for spring.

Hey all!

I'm teaching a mountain biking trail building class that will include some riding once the trails dry out! Official description below:

Come learn how to build and maintain mountain biking trails in your Dartmouth backyard of Oak Hill! In this PE class, we will be constructing a mountain biking trail including toolwork for some awesome burms and wooden structures and will be exploring designs for a pump track. No previous trailwork or mountain biking experience necessary.

Class times: Monday 2-6:30, 4 sessions to pass

Sign up and chill with me!

Lorin
