Planning a thru hike?

Considering a backpacking expedition abroad?

Already an experienced backpacker? Complete novice?

Come to a workshop on...
Lessons Learnt in planning an international month long backpacking trip

When Friday, January 15, 3:00pm to 4:30pm (at the latest; you can duck out early)
Where Robo Basement
Who Fredrik Eriksson '16 and Rachel Margolese '16

Why Over 15X, we planned a thru hike of Kungsleden ("The Royal Trail," 280 miles) in Arctic Sweden, one of the world's most famous trails. The expedition was partially funded by Schlitz. Come hear us speak about tips on logistics, figuring out food, stories of busted knees, and on-the-trail risk management. Plenty of pictures from our hike up North, and time for questions! It will be workshop-style, and we would love to see both dayhikers and thru-hikers there.
