Ever wonder where your energy comes from?

What happens when you turn on the lights or plug in your laptop charger?

Heard about mountain top removal or hydraulic fracking?

Join EcoVores and the West Virginia Environmental Justice Alternative Spring Break!
Tuesday, 6:30pm, Cutter-Shabazz basement

Come hear about the experience of the Tucker West Virginia ASB trip! Ten Dartmouth students spent their spring break exploring the environmental, public health, and social effects of the coal and natural gas industry in West Virginia. They visited active mountain top removal and natural gas hydraulic fracturing sites, and heard from various stakeholders including individuals from the energy industry, environmental regulatory agencies, and local community members. Now they are excited to share about their experience and talk about Dartmouth's connection to these issues! (They made a video!) The event is in coordination with Ecovores so delicious, sustainable dinner will be provided.
