MORE INFO ABOUT Green Key Society:
The Green Key Junior Honor Society is currently accepting applications for membership to the 2014-2015 delegation. To facilitate this process, the Membership Committee would like to inform you of the purpose of the Society and the guidelines which govern the selection of new members. The Green Key Society was founded in 1921 "with service to Dartmouth as its function and purpose," and to provide a leadership role for the junior class. While our role has changed and grown, this tenet still holds true today. The Green Key Society conducts and participates in such important events as First-Year Orientation, Convocation, Homecoming Sweep and Bonfire, Winter Carnival, Green Key Weekend, and Commencement. Our members are distinguished whenever they volunteer by the trademark green polos that they wear. 30 members of the rising junior class will be selected to be members of the Green Key Society. Members are drawn from all across campus. The membership committee will be looking for candidates who exhibit leadership qualities and a desire to serve the Dartmouth community.
