Dr. Morse earned her B.S. in French in 2003 from the University of Virginia, her M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in 2008, and her MPH from the Harvard School of Public Health in May 2012. She has focused her international work in Haiti where she assisted ZL/PIH with earthquake relief efforts, was a first-responder for the cholera epidemic, and worked on Women's Health and Quality Improvement projects. She co-founded Physicians for Haiti, an NGO that aims to inspire and support the development of Haiti's next generation of healthcare leaders through improving and expanding post-graduate medical education opportunities for physicians and nurses in Haiti.

Since finishing residency, Dr. Morse has taken a faculty position as a Hospitalist at Brigham and Women's, a Clinical Instructor at Harvard Medical School, and is an affiliate in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine. She also worked on Partners In Health's Mirebalais Hospital project in the capacity of Director of Medical Education. Dr. Morse now serves as PIH's Deputy CMO for Haiti and continues to work on medical education and clinical systems strengthening with PIH/ZL.
