We are excited to announce the 3rd Annual Ivy League Vegan Conference will be hosted
February 7-9th 2014 at Princeton University! You do not have to be a vegan or vegetarian
to attend-- just interested in learning more!

The conference facilitates dialogue on research on plant-based diets and bioethics, builds a network of colleagues, and hosts food industry leaders.

The conference begins on a Friday morning and ends early Sunday afternoon. The first day of the conference is entirely devoted to business, finance, and industry programming featuring market-changing companies and investors in areas such as food, fashion, and healthcare. The remaining programming consists of presentations and panels by renowned scholars and covers a variety of fields and disciplines. The conference ends with a large, multidisciplinary career fair to facilitate job and internship recruiting. Throughout the conference are social events, networking sessions, and catered meals and hors d'oeuvres.

For more information, including speakers and registration, view the website here: http://www.iv-conference.org

Note: This is the same weekend as Winter Carnival and IvyQ. IvyQ is also being held at Princeton, so those interested in both conferences can do so. Transportation to iV is on a self-arranged basis.
