This spring's LEADERSHIP DISCOVERY PROGRAM (LDP) centers on the development of ethical leadership and communication skills. Through a series of retreats and workshops, 16s will engage in meaningful identity exploration, develop effective strategies for engaging with personal narratives, and expose themselves to discourses on systems of oppression and their manifestations, as we attempt to confront them head on.
